Description inside property: The villa is absolutely first class with a living and dining room with 2 sets of double doors out to the terrace and to the fantastic view. There is a Panasonic 32” TV with DVD player. The dining room has a very large glass topped table with 8 chairs. The hallway contains the computer system with internet and email. And thru to a very well equipped kitchen with a small table and chairs. There is a microwave,cooker, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The bedrooms are carpeted. One has a King size bed and the other two singles. The main bedroom has access to the bathroom. A separate toilet is in this area. There is a utility room with washer and dryer as well as the central heating boiler. The 3rd bedroom is n an annexe and has its own toilet and washbasin.

Notes: The village of Celles is located in the heart of the scenic Dordogne region and only 25 km from its capital, the city of Perigueux. And 6 km from Verteillac, a very lively village with two superb cafes. Not far away is the delightful medieval town of Brantome where it is a delight to walk around the remarkable and ancient abbey founded by Charlemagne (742-814). With its soaring campanile this is one of the most elegant medieval and Renaissance buildings in the Dordogne, The town sits on a bend of the river Dronne and a stroll along the riverside is an unforgettable experience. Loads of brilliant restaurants complete the experience. Not very far away is the town of Grottes de Villars and a short distance north of the town are the caves with some impressive stalactites and paintings more than 17,000 years old. Nearby is the Chateau de Puyguilhem in a village of the same name.
