Description outside property: The property has a large lawn which is quiet and secluded with an orchard on two sides. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and loungers.
No swimiming pool, but a beautiful lake set in woodland with beach for swimming is less than 10 minutes away. Also a New Aquapark has just opened in Perigeaux.
