Notes: Rental prices negotiable according to number and type of rooms required. Incoming guests welcome from 4pm on day of arrival and asked to leave by 10am on day of departure. A 25% Deposit is to be received within 7 days of booking date and the balance due 8 weeks in advance of date of arrival. Payment, in sterling, by cheque should be made payable to Mr R Fuller and sent to 33 St Michaels Avenue, Fairlands, Guildford, Surrey GU3 3LY. This will be returned within 7 days after departure, upon inspection of the property, assuming that the property is found to be in good order and in a similar state to that upon arrival.
