There are woodland walks in the botanical gardens, tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool (open July & August).

Incoming guests welcome from 4pm on day of arrival and asked to leave by 10am on day of departure.
A 25% Deposit is to be received within 7 days of booking date and the balance due 8 weeks in advance of date of arrival.
Payment, in sterling, by cheque should be made payable to Mr R Fuller and sent to 33 St Michaels Avenue, Fairlands, Guildford, Surrey GU3 3LY. If you prefer to book by telephone, please call owners Roger & Mary Fuller direct on 01483 232563.
Please note that a refundable deposit of £100 is required with the final balance. This will be returned within 7 days after departure, upon inspection of the property, assuming that the property is found to be in good order and in a similar state to that upon arrival.
