Description of facilities: We usually have a supply of cooking oil, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, washing powder, salt, pepper, sugar and other condiments available. We just ask you to replace what you use. There are some DVDs and CDs available but suggest you take your favourites with you.
Description inside property: 2 Bed 2 Bath luxury apartment situated on first floor with private terrace. The apartment specification is marble with high quality fittings and fixtures and is tastefully furnished. It is fully heated and air conditioned with satellite TV, DVD and CD/Radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.... There is ample wardrobe and storage space plus a safe for valuables.
Description outside property: The private terrace area overlooks well maintained landscaped gardens, a swimming pool and a paddling pool. A further swimming pool and sunbathing area is located to the front of the apartment. Loungers and shades are provided. Ample car parking is underground in a secure area. Use of tennis courts and bowling greens can be arranged locally.

Description of local area and activities: Within a couple of minutes walk there are tennis courts, two large all-weather bowling greens and the Santa Maria Golf Club with it's clubhouse, bars and restaurant facilities.
A 5 minute walk will take you to shops, supermarkets, bars, coffee bars and several restaurants. The gorgeous Nikki beach and several chiringuitos are a 15 minute stroll away. The mountaineous backdrop is literally a couple of minutes drive past the golf course.
Hiking and jeep safari excursions are popular. There are several National Parks within easy reach.
The Old Town Marbella and Puerto Banus is 15 mins drive for boutique shopping and people watching including famous celebrities. Malaga is 30 mins away and is excellent for shopping, restaurants, historical sites and Picasso Museum. |

| Notes: Changeover can be any day to give you an opportunity to book cheaper flights. A 20% non-returnable deposit is required on booking. A security deposit of £100 is required against breakages etc... which is returnable within 2 weeks after the end of your holiday. All linen and towels are provided for use within the apartment, we suggest you take your own beach towels. Cleaning of the apartment after your holiday is included and for stays longer than 9 days a change of towels and linen each week is also included. There are no additional costs over and above those shown. |
