Description inside property: The villa has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes with coathangers and it has an ensuite with a full size bath which has an over bath shower, bidet, toilet and a handbasin. There are 2 other bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and coathangers, one of the bedrooms has twin beds while the other has a put you up bed. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a portable oil-filled heater. In the living area there is a sofa bed and enough seating for seven adults. The dining area has a table and there are 8 chairs available. There is air conditioning/heater in the living area as well as an open fire. Entertainment is a TV with english channels and a DVD/MP3 player, a few DVD's to watch and a few games and books. The kitchen is equipped with all the usual electrical equipment such as oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. The cupboards have crockery, cutlery, saucepans, plastic cups etc for use outside.
Description outside property: The villa is set in it's own gardens and it has it's own private pool which has steps making it easier for children and adults alike to get in. There is a terrace which has a few steps leading up to it so you can enter the propery. There is an off road car parking space. The rest of the garden has plants set in gravel. There is a roof top solarium which you can access from outside.

The villa is set in between two lovely Spanish villages namely, Hondon de las Nieves and Hondon de Los Frailles where you will find supermakets, banks, post office, cafes, bars and restaurants. On site there is a diving school and he also takes people on fishing, boating and snorkelling trips. |
