Description of facilities: All apartments come with wide screen LCD wide screen TV with TDT and DVD player. Temporary membership of the local DVD hire shop is included as is free access to 100 DVD library in the rental office. We also supply detachable Sony speakers that you can either plug into the TV for cinema sound or plug into your iPod / MP3 player to listen to your own music in whichever room you wish. Broadband (+ wireless) internet access available in rental office.

These are brand new apartments that have been interiorly designed and fitted with all mod cons to make your stay here truly a home from home. No expense has been spared making your apartment as comfortable as possible.
Our staff are on site and available 24 hours a day to help with whatever problem you might have.
We also can supply cots for infants, high chairs and cot sides. Secure inside parking spaces are also available.
All our apartments have river and mountain views and are only a minute in the car down to the beach with no shortage of free parking.

Notes: There is a €50 cleaning and laundry charge per booking. If the rental is for longer than a week, then there will be a €50 weekly cleaning and laundry fee. This includes 2 hours of cleaning within the apartment and a complete change of sheets and towels.
There is also a €200 cash security deposit against damages. This is fully returnable after the apartment has been inspected for damage at the end of the rental. All damage must be paid for.
