Description inside property: This lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The decor is contemporary and is light and airey. It has all creature comforts including air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms and the living area. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of draws, a set of draws either side of the bed with table lamps and a radio alarm clock. Bedroom 2 is a twin with the same facilities as bedroom 1 except for the alarm clock. Both bathrooms are fully tiled with shower attachments to the bath and a bidet in each. The living area features 2 settees one of which converts to a comfortable double bed. Other features are a dining table with seating for 6, satellite tv, music system, DVD & video. Attached to the property is a large terrace area with a table and seating for 6. This also features a brick barbeque, sun loungers, views of mountains and luxury hillside mansions. The fully fitted kitchen is packed with mod. cons. including a larder fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster and an ample supply of crockery and utensils. There are two pools and a jacuzzi just yards from the apartment itself.

| Description of local area and activities: There are a number of championship golf courses within close proximity. Some of the beaches nearby have excellent water sports facilities. Notes: Cabopino is a spectacular modern course and opened up in April 2001, with its lovely umbrella pines above the marina. The best way to describe this course would be short but sweet, because this course offers three Par-3's, two Par-5's and thirteen Par-4's. All the usual facilities available.
Cabopino golf course has recycled water from a nearby plant; and the lakes affecting the play on the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th holes. The course offers a stiff challenge for high handicap players who will have to use all clubs in their bag & low handicappers will have to take risks if they want good results. The greens are large with some with platforms and are usually in excellent condition. |

Once your booking is confirmed you will need to pay a non returnable deposit which represents 25% of the rental fee. The balance plus £100 breakage deposit (returnable) is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.
