The kitchen is fully fitted with marble worktops. It also benefits from a large fridge freezer and washing machine. The kitchen overlooks the rear court-yard with roadside access, free- standing sink and washing line.
The downstairs bathroom has a large shower cubicle, sink and W.C.

Marble stairs lead up to a small landing from which all rooms are reached.

The main bedroom features built in wardrobe, a double bed,ceiling fan, pine bedside cabinets, a large chest of drawers and mirror over. Patio doors open out onto the upstairs balcony which boasts views of the communal gardens and the sea.
The second bedroom has a built in wardrobe, ceiling fan, two single beds and a bedside. cabinet. The upstairs family bathroom comprises a bath with shower over, bidet, W.C and sink.
The local shops, bank, pharmacy and restaurant/bars are only a few hundred metres away.
Beyond the village there are opportunities to fish, dive, play Golf, go carting and horse riding. The walking/cycling opportunities are plentiful.

Notes: Preferred changeover days are Saturday but this can be varied, if possible, upon request. Such variation may incur a small extra charge at the owners discretion.
Linen but not towels are provided and are included in the price. Prices also include 'after rental cleaning'. Items such as milk, bread etc can be provided at extra cost and by arrangement with the owners at the time of booking. Transport to and from the airport is possible by separate arrangement if required.
Payment by credit card is acceptable. A £200 refundable deposit is required at booking. It will be returned after your stay subject to there being no damage.
