Description inside property: The cottage which is part of the small farm that we have renovated over the years provides simple but comfortable accomodation for four people.
The cottage has a living area with a kitchen corner & woodburner,lobby with washing machine,shower room/ wc and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed & one with 2 singles).The living room has a sofa bed, & a cot & highchair are available.
The cottage has a small enclosed private garden with patio & barbecue.
In addition to the woodburner,there are also electric radiators.
Cooking and water-heating are by bottled gas.
The water heater is serviced regularly and has a maintenance contract with an approved contractor.
The beds have duvets and english size pillows. You will need to bring bed linen
and towels.

Within a short drive you will find the moors and the armorique regional park to the north, and the Nantes-Brest canal to the south.
The beautiful safe ,sandy beaches of Douarnenez bay are 40 minutes by car.
Châteauneuf du Faou,10 kms away has additional facilities & 2 large supermarkets.
The large towns of Morlaix & Quimper, with their many historic buildings,museums & art galleries are within easy reach by car & are a shoppers delight.
This area is steeped in Breton culture and tradition, where music and dance play an important part in local events throughout the year. There are many beautiful towns and villages which have unique architecture.

Notes: The rental price is determined by the starting date of the booking.
The changeover day is on saturday during july & august.
Bedlinen & towels are not included.
We ask for a deposit of 25% on booking, and the balance to be paid one month before the arrival date.
We also ask for a deposit cheque of £50 on arrival against breakages.This will be returned within 14 days of departure,providing there are no major breakages etc.
The rental price includes an allowance of gas,water, electricity & firewood according to normal usage for the time of year.
