Description inside property: Our property in Spain is a modern luxurious front line golf three bedroom two bathroom penthouse apartment in a quiet location, complete with easy parking right at the property door. It occupies the whole of the top storey of a three storey apartment block and enjoys one of the most desirable locations in the region with fine views of Alcaidesa Golf Course, the Mediterranean Sea and out to Africa. There is a lift for easy access.
The spacious accommodation (170 sq m) is made up of a large open plan lounge and dining and living room with open fireplace, and separate sitting area, a fully fitted kitchen, a master king size double bedroom wing with a large en suite bathroom and shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a bathroom with shower over bath and a separate wc.
The very large terrace (90 sq m) has separate direct access from two bedrooms, the kitchen, the lounge and the dining area. The property shares a 23-metre pool set in gardens in the shade of palm trees. Please note that the pool is only open during the summer season.
The views from the apartment are stunning. Directly below you is the fairway of the 9th hole for the Alcaidesa Links Golf Course - the only links course in Costa Del Sol - and between that and the sea are the greens for the 7th, 8th and 12th holes. The view extends along the beach to the lighthouse and across the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. At night the lighthouse shines endlessly out to sea. The view is ever changing. The beach; the sea; the golf course; the Atlas Mountains of Morocco; fishing boats; powerboats; the lighthouse. Wake up in the morning and open the shutters in time for a spectacular sunrise, or better still leave them open all night and let the early rising sun wake you up.
The Village square is a short walk away where local amenities include a small supermarket, and bars/restaurants.
There are the usual facilities you would expect in a penthouse of this quality including oven and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave, central heating, air conditioning, television with sky channels and DVD player etc. On the terrace there are tables and chairs as well as sun beds and barbeque. A travel cot can be provided if required.

Description of local area and activities: Most people go to the Costa Del Sol for the great climate, to sunbathe, laze on the beach and if you are a golfer - great golf!
All of this is on the doorstep of Vista Real Attico. You can sunbathe on our penthouse's very large terrace (90 sq m), with fantastic views of the links golf course and EU blue rated beach which is within walking distance. If you prefer you can use the 23 metre long swimming pool, set in gardens in the shade of palms.
Travel a short distance and the list of things to do is endless.
Alcaidesa Beach
One of the main benefits Alcaidesa has to offer is a beautiful beach, which stretches over 5 km, with fine white sand and a variety of water sport activities, such as sailing and diving. This beach is also a delight to any avid jogger, but of course just lying down and enjoying the magnificent views to the rock of Gibraltar and Northern Africa, is the most preferred activity. From June onwards all of the beachbars (chiringuitos) open up their doors, allowing you to enjoy a cooling drink, ice-cream or even have a light lunch snack. Make sure you try them! Lifeguards are also on duty during the high-season. Last but not least, the Alcaidesa beach has been awarded the blue flag for meeting high standards regarding cleanliness and environmental friendliness. A wonderful beach in wonderful surroundings.
The proximity to the continent of Africa and presence of the Rock of Gibraltar lends itself to a variety of options. Whale and Dolphin spotting in the Straits of Gibraltar, bird watching due to the vast number of species flying overhead as they cross the Straits during migration periods to and from Africa. There are also natural areas such as the Los Alcornocales Nature Park and the Campo de Gibraltar Nature Park, recently recognised as an important site by UNESCO.
Horse riding, mountain biking and climbing are all available.

Spend a day duty free shopping in Gibraltar.
Take a day trip to Morrocco. We can arrange this for you complete with a guide.
Go Sailing, windsurfing at Tarifa, or why not relax at the yacht basins of Sotogrande, Puerto de Dequesa, Puerto Banus.
Shopping - again from the modern upmarket boutiques of Puerto de Banus to the local weekly markets in La Linea, Sotogrande, Estepona and Sabinellious.
Polo is played in nearby Sotogrande, (approx 10 minutes by car) during the summer months and the penthouse makes an ideal base away from it all yet within easy distance.

Staying in our Penthouse you wake up each morning literally on this links course. With spectacular views of Gibraltar and the Med this is the only links golf course on the costa del sol and with the breezes from offshore can be very challenging.
There is also a second 18 hole course in Alcaidesa called the Heathland Golf Course which was opened in October 2007.
In addition within a few minutes drive you have the famous courses of
San Roque; Valderamma; Sotogrande etc.
A short drive would give you dozens more.
If you are stay here for a fortnight and play a course a day you would still be spoiled for choice for your last game.
