Down the stairs to the lower floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and patio doors which lead to a private terrace with views to the Med. There is a twin bedroom which also has an en-suite shower room and patio doors to the terrace.
The pools & gardens are a short stroll from the townhouse. The pool offers great views to the Med and is set in large beautifully landscaped gardens. You can also enjoy a game on the tennis and paddle courts.

Description of local area and activities: Duquesa is located between Marbella and Gibraltar and only ten minutes away from Estepona. It is on the south west coast of Spain,and therefore the climate is good all year round with approximately 320 days of sunshine every year, making it the perfect destination for golfers all year round and holiday makers alike. The apartment is situated within walking distance of Puerto de la Duquesa marina with its many shops, bars and restaurants some have live music and dancing, others are quiet, the choice is yours! At night have a meal in one of the many and varied restaurants overlooking the water, English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Thai, American and Mexican, they are all here. They are all open all day and stay open until late at night.
Across the road from the marina is the Duquesa Golf and Country Club which boasts superb facilities and a top class 18 hole course, overlooking the mediterranean. More of europe's finest golf courses are within a thirty minute drive, including : Los Arqueros, La Quinta, Los Flamingos, MonteMayor, Atalaya Park, Estepona, San Roque, Almenara, Sotogrande, Valderrama and Alcaidesa.
