Description inside property: Beautifully furnished to a high standard, the apartment is modern and spacious. Fully air conditioned and heated throughout with limestone marble floors. Large TV with satellite viewing, DVD player with large selection of family films, iPod docking station. Fully equipped modern kitchen to include dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven, lardge fridge freezer and washing machine and a utility terrace off the kitchen. Large fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms, master bedroom and bedroom 2 with sea view. Both bathrooms having a bath with shower over and finished in high quality cream marble.
A great feature of this superb apartment which is always enthusiastically commented on by our guests, is the very large wrap around terrace which can be accessed from the lounge, dining area and the master bedroom and offers an outstanding sea view. South facing it has sun all day! a built in BBQ for al fresco cooking!, sun beds & drinks table, a large dining table, chairs and parasol and for the evening a lovely 3 piece lounge suite with matching drinks table where you can relax with a cool drink as you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean and the coast of Africa!

Notes: La Siesta is a purpose built golf course located at Calahonda. Although a private club, visitors are welcome.
Enrique Canales designed the course which presents the variety of a much longer course. The 7th hole may require a wood to reach the green. After your round enjoy the sea views from the clubhouse.

Notes: **GOLF**
Calahonda and the apartment is excellently located in the heart of the Costa Del Sol's "GOLF VALLEY".
There are too many golf courses to mention, but it is fair to say the nearest course of La Siesta can be reached within 2 minutes of the apartment and the Royal Spanish Golf Federation has confirmed that the La Cala Resort (only 15 minutes from the apartment), is the biggest golf complex in Spain. La Cala has three 18-hole championship courses and a top quality 6-hole par 3 layout making it the largest golf resort in the country. A further 10 excellent courses can also be found within a 10km radius of the apartment.

Notes: The rates are per week for the apartment and include a Meet and Greet service, linen, towels (not beach towels, please bring your own), reasonable electricity/water usage and a final clean.
Rates shown are based on an occupancy of 6 people, over occupancy up to a maximum of 8, are charged at an additional 50 pounds per person, per week. An additional 200 pounds is required as a security deposit against any damages/lost keys, refundable once the apartment has been checked over by our management team.
Please also note that all UK school half term holidays and the Easter fortnight holiday carries an additional surcharge of £100 per week.
We require a 150 pounds or 20% (whichever is the greatest) deposit upon making a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
Mid stay clean and change of linen can be arranged for an additional 55 Euros.
