You can update your personal information at any time via the advertiser's area. Periodically as part of our service to advertisers we will send information on new website functions, news articles from our Information Exchange, promotions, and other general news. By advertising with us you have consented to this use of your personal information.
Credit cards
When making purchases on Rent Property Direct, information is taken by secure servers of Worldpay, a subsidiary of The Royal Bank of Scotland, for the purposes of card validation. We do not receive or have any record of credit card details.
Renter's newsletter
When you make an enquiry to a holiday rental, your email address is automatically added to our mailing list. We promise not to send more than 6 newsletters per year. If this changes we will ask your permission first. At the time of making the enquiry you can tick the box to opt out of this newsletter and at any time in the future you can easily unsubscribe either directly from the newsletter or by contact us. We honour all requests to unsubscribe. Please note each time you make an enquiry if you don't want to receive a newsletter you need to tick the "opt out" box. The newsletter will contain articles on holiday destinations, general marketing, promotions, special offers, new functions on the website, new properties added etc.
We never intentionally collect personal information of individuals under 18 years old (children). A parent or guardian should contact us to remove any information that a child has given us.
