BREAKAGE DEPOSIT:
We require a breakage deposit of 250 Euros which is held as a
security deposit against any damage caused to any furniture or fittings,
loss of keys or excessive cleaning.

Up to 8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded
UTILITIES
The property is cleaned prior to your arrival. Airport transfers and welcome packs can be provided on request. Towels and bed linen are provided. SKY TV and DVD in the apartment. - Feel free tpo bring your own SKY card or DVDs for viewing.
