Description of facilities: In addition there is access to a games room with full size table tennis table and darts board. The garden is large and there is a boules/petanque area.
Description inside property: This is our home from home in France. The accomodation is comfortable with a large lounge with dining table which sits 6 people. There is a huge picture window which overlooks teh mountains and access to a south facing balcony which has a table and chairs for sitting out on those long summer nights.The kitchen is brand new and features new cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The double bedroom has access to the south facing balcony and the twin room (with a spare 3rd bed, is large and has chest of drawers and large wardrobe.
There are books, tapes and games should you need them.

Description of local area and activities: The area boasts 140km of ski pistes and one of the larges Cross country ski areas in France. The ski resort has snow cannon and facilities which make it both family friendly and skiiable throughout the season.
The mountains offer an amazing array of summer pasttimes and the cycling is superb. It is an area used by mountain bikers from around the world for training and the Tour de France visited the area in 2005.
All outdoor activities are within easy reach, and th egolf course in Correncon is one of the most beautiful you will ever find with fairways set among the trees and mountains. |
