Description inside property: The apartment is situated five minutes from the town centre, located 10 minutes from blue flag beaches and four superb golf courses. This comfortable accommodation has everything that visitors would want to complete a great stay in the pueblo. Both the master bedroom and the second, arranged as a twin, have large fitted wardrobes and they share a large full bathroom with bath, shower over, bidet, basin and W.C.
The lounge diner is very comfortable and has a pleasant balcony overlooking the campo. The sizeable and separate kitchen, is fully fitted and has electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. There is also an outside utility room. This is accommodation designed for a family of four. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided but guests should bring beach towels.
The owner of the property has appointed a local agent to ensure that the apartment is always well serviced for each visitor - A cleaner can be provided.
Pictured below is the gated communal pool which is available for guests - providing a welcome spot to cool off in the heat of the day.

La Finca It connects with highway A-37. and was designed by the renowned Jose Gancedo.
Las Ramblas is located along the access road to the town of San Miguel de Salinas. It has been designed with a natural setting where integration with nature is well addressed both on the golf course, this course was also designed by Jose Gancedo, and off it.
