Description inside property: In a small Provence style development, this tastefully decorated apartment is perfectly suitable for 4 people (up to 6). The accommodation comprises:
South facing open plan entree/lounge space with clic-clac (double sofabed), TV.
A shuttered French window leads out to a covered balcony overlooking the garden (rose laurels and umbrella pine trees).
There are table and armchairs to enjoy your early breakfast or sip a glass of pink wine al fresco. Nobody directly opposit except a magnificent umbrella pine-tree and a palm tree, here just for you !
Well equipped with table and chairs, the bar/kitchenette area includes hob, microwave fridge/freezer, washmachine, kettle, toaster (all brand new) crockery pots pans and ustensils.
The bathroom has a bath with shower above, wash unit and Toilet. From the window you see the Massif des Maures(Moorish mountains).
Upstairs is a large open plan mezzanine divided in 2 parts:
1) with a double bed 2) with 2 adult-size single beds.
Both parts have bedside cabinets and chairs. There is a chest of drawers in part 2. A sliding double glazed French window and thick curtains provide space comfort and good privacy.
Wardrobe with hanging space is in the entree, there are iron, ironing board and cleaner.

Description outside property: Large shared garden used only as a children playground but not to eat .
The off road parking is a private drive for residents but pedestrians are allowed to pass through. This footpath leads directly to the beaches
