Description inside property: This well-recommended and spacious one-level garden apartment is comfortably furnished with all that you would need for your holiday visit. There is a large Lounge/Dining Room with SKY TV and radio/cassette/CD, dining table and chairs. Two large sofas placed near the patio doors lead onto the terrace which has garden table and chairs and sun loungers. This terrace overlooks the lovely gardens, pools and Mijas golfcourse and mountains beyond. The floors throughout are in a pale marble. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob and microwave with ample cupboards and crockery/cutlery etc. From here opens out into a new Breakfast Room, complete with table and chairs which leads onto the secluded and enclosed private garden which is lawned and is a further lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sun. The master-bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite facilities with full bath/shower, washbasin and wc. Aircon/heating. There is ample wardrobe space and patio doors also lead out from here to the poolside terrace and lovely garden views. The twin-bedded bedroom also has it's own ensuite with large walk-in shower, wc and washbasin. Patio doors also lead out to the private garden area.
Our apartment has a prime position overlooking one of the pools., There are several on the complex, including a children's pool which are all manned by lifeguards during the summer season. A few strides from the apartment and you are in the pool!!!!
The apartment has easy level access from car to front door and is wheelchair friendly for any guests who may have difficulties with stairs etc. Beaches and the marina are just minutes away and Malaga Airport is 25 minutes. A welcome pack of food/drink items is provided on arrival day and our managers will meet you to handover keys and familiarise you with the apartment and surrounding area. They will also be contactable throughout your stay should the need arise. Please note you are responsible for your own holiday insurance.
Sitio del Golf is conveniently situated next to the lovely Tamisa Golf Hotel with its fine restaurant and bar terrace. For something more casual there are many Spanish open-air restaurants nearby for BBQ's, international food and snacks all at very reasonable prices. You may also wish to try the Menu of the Day which offers excellent value for money too. The large town of Fuengirola is a short drive and has everything you would need for your shopping and social life whilst in Spain. Supermarkets such as Dunnes Stores and Lidl are also close by for stocking up on those essentials.
Mijas is a beautiful village set high in the mountains with wonderful scenery. It is famous for the charming donkey taxis in which the locals will be delighted to show you their picturesque village. Again there are many good restaurants and cafes for you to try.
The apartment is cleaned and ready for you on day of arrival. We provide hand/bath towels (please bring beach towels with you). Guests staying a second week will receive fresh linen delivery.

Description outside property: Sitio del Golf has well-maintained lovely gardens all laid to lawn with various palmtrees and shrubs bordering the stunning blue pools. The gardens are lit up at night and you may freely walk around all the garden areas. No pets are allowed and in consideration of others no football may be played around these pool areas. The complex is low-rise with only three floors on each phase. The garden areas are gated and safe for families with younger children. Pool Lifeguards are present during the summer season.

| Notes: Mijas Golf has two international golf courses Los Lagos and Los Olivos (totalling 36 holes) designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr. Los Lagos (wide fairways with water obstacles, par 71, length 6,367 metres. Los Olivos with narrow fairways, par 72, 6,009 metres. The complex forms part of this course and the Club House is a short distance away and bookings may be made directly with them at any time. |

| Notes: A 25% deposit is required to secure any booking (paid into a UK bank). The balance to be paid two weeks before arrival. A security deposit of 100 pounds is payable on arrival. Subject to all being in order this is returned on day of departure in cash. Preferred changeover day is Saturday but please check if we can help with other days. Longer winter lets are available at reduced rates. Our normal check out time is 10 a.m. If there are no incoming tenants on your day of departure you may stay later. All linens/towels,pre clean and electricity are included in the price. A Holiday Contract is issued upon receipt of deposit. This confirms monies paid and holiday dates as booked. Manager will meet at accommodation for key handover and be available to answer any queries you may have during your stay. |
