Upstairs has: Bedroom 1 with double bed, single bed and travel cot.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Both have hanging space provided.
A bathroom with bath, WC, and handbasin.

Downstairs has: A spacious lounge the retents some of the cottages character.
A fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, electric one touch hob, fridge with freezer compartment, and a microwave. It incorporates a light and airy dinning area with seating for 6 people.
A seperate shower-room with WC, handbasin, washing machine and cupboard housing the cleaning equipment.

The property has electric heating throughout and a large wood burner with a free supply of wood for the winter.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. The property is cleaned at the start of the stay, in the case of a two week stay the bed linen and towels will be changed after the first 7 days.

There is a selection of baby equipment available.

It is suitable for children and there is a NO SMOKING policy in the accommodation.






Description outside property: A courtyard equipped with garden furniture.

A communal play area with sandpit, toys, swing ball, see-saw, climbing frame with swings, 4m trampoline for 3 years upwards and a smaller trampoline for 1 - 3 years and a large lawned area for ball games.

A secluded garden with lawned area with a bench for those quiet moments.

Additional Information

Description of local area and activities: The Coté de Granite Rose is found on the north coast, which is well known for its breathtaking Pink cliffs. Ideal for rock pooling and walks.

Around Concorneau, in the south, there are many long sandy beaches. Ideal for water sports, horse riding or just relaxing.

The West coast has the spectacular Crozon Peninsula with its varied coastline, and Pentrez beach with miles and miles of beautiful golden sand. Famous for its sand yachting.

All are within an hours drive.

The market town of Carhaix has supermarkets, shops banks, cinema, bus and train station. It has facilities for karting, ten pin bowling, fishing, swimming (pool has a fume), and tree-top assault course and horse-riding.

The lake-side market town of Huelgoat has quaint shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The old forest that surrounds it is ideal for walking, bird watching and mountain biking (available to hire).

The Mont d'arrée is know for its diverse moorland landscape and is ideal for parachuting, walking, mountain biking, horse-riding and bird watching.

Lac Drennec is on the western side and provides facilities for tennis, and water sports. It has a restaurant and sandy beaches with a playing area for the children.
