A cot is available on request. French doors from the lounge lead to a private garden with outdoor eating area, barbecue, lawned area with discretely placed linen line. The Cottage is set within the grounds of the ancient Manoir de Kerdeven and residents have access to the grounds. These include a heated swimming pool, boules court, childrens play area, trampoline and a playing field. The Cottage is close to the Nantes/Brest Canal and ideally situated for quiet country walks, cycling and fishing. There are museums, galleries and gardens open to the public. The Lac de Guerleden is only a short drive. It has 2 beaches and a good range of water sports. The Abbaye de Bon Repos is close by. It provides a wonderful opportunity to learn something of the history of the area and each summer has a truly spectacular Son et Lumiere.

Description outside property: Sun loungers are available on the terrace around the shared heated swimming pool. There is also a Boules Court, trampoline, table tennis, children"s play area, tennis and playing field. The Cottage has a small private garden as well as access to the grounds of the Manoir de Kerdeven with all its facilities. There are wonderful country walks locally as well as fishing, canoeing and cycling.
