Description of facilities: There is a Bar/ restaurant in the village called Le P'tit Bistro ,with a pool table which is great if you have teenagers. The village is very small just a short walk from the property. You can buy your bread from the bar in the morning before 11a.m. Its apx 15 mins drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in france.Most of these beaches are safe for young children with beautiful sandy coves and rocky bays.
Description inside property: The pavilion has been beautifully decorated and furnished to provide extremely comfortable accommodation with newly fitted kitchen/breakfast room fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, fridge and microwave. The reception room has a large dining area and television/video is provided, showing English programmes. There is a ground floor bathroom with shower and separate W.C. On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have good sized twin beds. All beds have duvets. Also on this floor is a further W.C.with washbasin.All towels and bed linen provided.
Description outside property: Outside the garden extends to three sides of the property with garden table and chairs for outside eating and there is a large grassed area where children can play safely. There is a BBQ and plenty of parking for cars. From the house a five minute walk will bring you to a large picturesque lake which is extremely popular with anglers and walkers. The locals say there is a world record carp to be caught in this lake.
