Our prices include gas, water and electricity. There is plenty of free parking adjacent to the house.

For those arriving with babies and children there is a travel cot available, we also have fold down extra beds, a cool box for picnics is available in each apartment. Bicycles are also available free of charge.


Description inside property: The Village House comprises two well-appointed apartments, reached via an outside stairway leading onto the terrace.

Each apartment is well equipped and has a large lounge, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two singles. Shower room with toilet and vanity basin.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The fully fitted kitchen has a cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave, in fact everything you will need for your stay.The lounge is tastefully furnished with sofa and armchairs and has a Satellite TV & DVD. From the apartments you step out onto the garden terrace, which has table and chairs and barbeque.

Description of local area and activities: The St Sever village outdoor public swimming pool, open July and August is within walking distance of the Village House. (A real favourite with the local children in the summer).
Close by is the town of Villedieu les Poeles which is famous for it's bell making and copper pans. You can visit the bell foundry and watch the craftsmen at work. There is a large market every Tuesday morning that is good for browsing all the local produce.
Other Activities within easy reach....
Excellent Zoo, at Champrepus, just beyond Villedieu 20 minutes away.
The National Horse Stud at St Lo, with guided tours and parades (30 minutes drive).
Vire town with lots of shops and a large hypermarket, market day is on Friday morning, 15 minutes away.
Clean, safe beaches along the coast north and south of Granville, 40 minutes away and 90 minutes drive to some lovely places to visit, such as the world heritage site of Le Mont St Michel, Rennes, Bayeaux, St Malo and Fougeres and the lovely towns of Dinan, Dinard and Bagnoles de Lorne.
The landing beaches an hour's drive away such as, Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc, the American Military Cemetery at Colleville sur Mer, the Canadian Memorial at Ju
Plus, day trips to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey.
