Description inside property: This is a brand new beautiful villa built to a very high specification completed in July 2008. It has 5 bedrooms all of them have en suite; there is also a very handy cloakroom just inside which is ideal for when you are using the pool. A modern fitted kitchen has every thing you need including washer and dishwasher.
Large terrace and bbq, even a bar with an outside fridge so you can enjoy a cool beer whilst cooking. Private pool with outside shower and plenty of space on the terrace to lounge in the sun. It is very peaceful here an ideal villa if you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life.
The open plan living area has dining table and chairs as well as sofas, an open fire and heating.
The five bedrooms have twin beds double beds and bedroom with a double and a single bed, plenty of wardrobe space and all have en suite bathrooms. There is also a very handy cloakroom.
When you drive through the gates to the villa you will find yourself surrounded by fantastic views of the Andalucian hills with a private pool with shower and a large terrace with plenty of sun loungers. An outside bar and BBQ area, a undercover 9 person Jacuzzi, table and chairs, lots of parking space it is such a wonderful tranquil relaxing environment you will really be able to unwind and enjoy your holiday.
