Other: For any guests wanting to use the double sofa bed in the lounge they do have access to the luxury bathroom which is located just off of the air conditioned lounge on the ground floor.
Cleaning/towels/linen/: The property, gardens and pool area are cleaned to a high standard ready for our next guests arrival. Clean linen is provided weekly. Please bring beach towels as they are not provided.

| Description of local area and activities: Most of the water sports can be found at Torre del Mar a 38 min drive from the villa, there is also a Water park opposite the multicomplex shopping center a 35 minute drive, we have information in our welcome folder at the villa and on our pin board. A few mins drive from Torre is a go karting track and we also have walking routes for Comares and the surrounding area. |

| Notes: Payments: You are welcome to pay by bank transfer or cheque UK sterling pound. We will email you the full cost of your villa rental with details of how you can pay and when payments are due. If you decide that you wish to go ahead and book the villa we will automatically reserve the requested dates for 48hrs while you book your flights. You will then need to pay a 30% booking deposit to secure your booking with us. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure and if less than 6 weeks before your arrival at the villa a full payment will be required to secure your booking. Please note that the 30% booking fee is non-refundable. We will email you to confirm any payments that have been paid to us. The official time for entry to your villa is 4pm Please remember that previous guests will still be in residence before 10am so no entry to the villa or its outside facilities will be allowed before that time. We will gladly direct you to the nearest local bar/restaurants that are just a few minuets away so you may relax with refreshments and maybe have something to eat while you wait. We will of course ring you if you can check-into the villa before 4pm, but this will be at our discretion. Change over day is Saturday we may be able to be flexible low season. |
