Description inside property: The Villa is on two levels: Level One - double bedroom, bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa bed. An independent entrance exists as well as an internal stairwell connecting the two floors.

Description outside property: For those who enjoy more alfresco dining and entertaining in house, an undercover large dining area exists which services both a simple BBQ as well as an impressive pizza oven. The latter will cook up to 12 pizzas at one time or to extend the local cuisine, a little pork pig roast.
Part of the front terrace is enclosed in glass as a sun-room making a comfortable breakfast setting (table sitting four).

Description of local area and activities: The property is 3 km from the entrance of Sella Mosca, the biggest wine producer in Sardegna. Wine tours operate from here daily. Santa Maria La Palma, another large wine producer is also close by. The region in fact in home to some of the finest Sardegnian wines.
For those with culinary interests, some of the best salamis and cheeses can be found in the region. Given the Spanish influence, in Alghero you will find a a slightly diverse cuisine given a fine mix of Italian / Spanish dishes.
