Description of local area and activities: Villa de Paix is situated between the charming Provencal villages of Tourrettes and Fayence. The villages provide you with all local amentities, including bars, restaurants, boulangerie and a small supermarket.
The charming perched villages of Seillans, Tourrettes, Callian, Montauroux and Mons all lie within a few miles of the Villa and provide spectacular views over the valley below.
Approximately 30-40 minutes away are the famous sandy Mediterranean beaches. Clear sea fades into a deep blue sky and rolling hills plummet towards the coastline. A view to behold and certainly one you will never tire of seeing.
Cannes (30-40 minutes away), Nice (45 minutes away) and Monaco (1 hour away) are all world famous resorts which must be visited during your stay in Provence. The glamour of the Côte d'Azur is really brought to life by walking along some of the most famous coastline in the world.

Notes: Please note, the driveway is shared with the owners of the villa who live behind in a separate dwelling.
Prices are for the rental of the entire property above, per week.
Bookings run from 4pm Saturday until 10am Saturday. **Please note - failure to adhere to these time parameters could incur a deduction from your security bond** Alternative arrival and departure times may be possible but only by prior arrangement.
All bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (Shower & Beach towels).
All bookings include an end of stay clean, however please ensure that you leave the property as you would expect to find it. Additional cleaning may result in a deduction from your security bond.
**Please note electricity is not included November to April inclusive**
For stays of 2 weeks or more a weekly clean and change of linen is included in the price.
Price includes a welcome fridge of coca-cola, beer, wine and tea/coffee making facilities.
