The entrance leads to the lounge which has an open woodburning fire, comfortable sofas' and full satellite TV providing free to view channels. Guests are welcome to bring their own viewing card for additional channels. The dining room has glass doors and windows to two sides overlooking the pool and terraced garden. There are two double bedrooms both with double beds and fitted wardrobes and a modern bathroom suite with shower over the bath. The main bedroom has doors leading to the garden and pool area.
An additional small room has a single bed which can accommodate an additional guest if required however there is no wardrobe in this room.

Description outside property:

high brick wall and large gates makes this villa very private. There is lots of parking on a gravelled driveway. To the rear of the property, walls again make this very private. There is a private pool which is fully maintained. There are lots of areas for dining al-fresco or for soaking up the sun and loungers are provided. Steps lead up to a roof terrace which can provide an additional seating area.

Description of local area and activities:

Albir is a popular resort all year round with lots of restaurants, shops, café bars and supermarkets. Every Friday there is a local market at the neighbouring town of Alfaz del Pi where you can purchase locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as local crafts. Albir is also famous for its summer film Festival where a huge screen is erected on the beach and a variety of films are shown to all. Well placed for the N332 or Ap7 roads means that the other towns and villages are easily reached, there is also a regular bus service linking the towns. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Real de Faula or Don Cayo. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. . Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can all be done locally.
