Description of facilities: The kitchen is traditional in style with oak fronted units but with every appliance possible including fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, grill, fish griddle and halogen hob. There is a freezer in an adjacent store room, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There are three TV’s, 2 videos and 2 English channels through cable.
Description inside property: Le Citronnier is an unusual design in that it is built around a central courtyard with a flourishing lemon tree in the centre. The accommodation is on several different levels making it easy for clients to find a quiet corner if necessary.
On entering the villa there is a split level lounge with sitting areas around a cheminée and an open area with views to the garden and pool. The dining area is separate and adjacent to the kitchen.
Sleeping accommodation is variable with two double rooms with en suite facilities and two other bedrooms on the lower pool level floor with a central play room/sitting area. Here the sleeping arrangements are flexible so that 5 beds can be organised according to the requests of the clients. On the lower floor there is also a separate WC and a WC and bathroom.
