Description inside property: Inside the villa there is a large spacious lounge area with two large sofas, dining table to seat six people and an open fireplace.The american style kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob/electric oven. The hallway leads to the main bathroom which has a full size bathtub, toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower. The main bedroom has a double bed and patio doors lead out onto the pool terrace. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The ensuite is a large wet room with shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers and overlooks the swimming pool and views of the mountains. Bedroom three twin beds with an ensuite shower room. There is a wardrobe and chest of drawers. All rooms have fans.
Description outside property: The exterior of the property is surrounded by small stone chippings and there is parking off road at the property for at least 2 cars. The area around the property is flat and access to the villa is possible for wheelchair users. The pool area is large and spacious with a covered area with dining table and chairs. The large heated pool is private and not overlooked.

It is also well worthwhile taking a trip over to Granada to see the Alhambra Palace which is spectacular. |
