A short hallway interconnects two beautifully presented bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Adjoining to these bedrooms are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with an en suite. Both are finished to a very high standard with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The apartment benefits from central heating when required.
Located above the villa is a terrace with sun loungers and a swimming pool. This terrace has spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and surrounding hillsides which are dotted with the lights of other villas in the evening and has amazing views of ships sailing by on the sea. Making it a perfect setting for a glass or two of wine while relaxing and taking in the warmth of a beautiful evening.

Description outside property: The villa is set in its own gardens which are self watering. To the back of the villa on a raised terrace is the swimming pool. The terrace at the pool has sun loungers and a sitting area too. From the terrace there is an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea and Ifach golf course.
Description of eco friendly facilities: The villa has been equipped with energy saving light bulbs throughout. The water for domestic use is pre=heated using the solar panels on the roof and rainwater is collected into the deposito for use in watering plants.

| Description of local area and activities: The villa is 5 minutes drive from Ifach 9 hole golf course. Moraira benefits from its own entertainments such as a beautiful beech for sports such as snorkeling and wind surfing. Calpe has its own health spas and Benidorm with all its myriad of entertainments including some amusement parks. All in all nothing to be bored about! |

Notes: Ifach 9 Hole Golf Course is just 5 minutes drive from the villa. It can be seen from the back terrace. This 9 Hole golf course is located in Moraira and was designed by Javier Arana and opened in 1974 and so is well established.
Being a short course and located where it is, it is an ideal course to play in the heat of summer and 18 holes can be played comfortably. Practice facilities are limited given that this is a 9 Hole course but there is a putting green and the course and clubhouse are usually open from 07.30 until 18.00 in the winter months and 07.30 until 20.30 in the busy summer months. |
