Description of facilities:
Internet access freely available. Full English Satellite TV. There are additional fold-up beds available should they be required for the maximum occupancy of 10 people but these must be pre-ordered and will be placed in the TV lounge.
Travel cots and highchairs can be provided if required together with puschairs, bicycles, airport transfers and anything else that you may require
Description inside property: The front of the property is impressive standing in an elevated position with steps leading to the front door. A large and lavish hallway leads you to the lounge with comfortable seating and open woodburning fireplace. Double doors open from this room to a covered and fully furnished terrace which also leads to the pool area. The dining hall is impressive and seats 10 people. There is a separate TV lounge with large flat screen TV and internet access, note for a full occupancy of 10 people there will be two single beds in this room. The kitchen is well fitted with all appliances and well equipped throughout. On this floor there is also a full bathroom.
Description outside property: The villa occupies an elevated position and stands beautifully in its plot. Steps lead from the entrance gates past well stocked garden areas filled with tropical plants and fruit trees. There is a large open terrace area with seating and a table tennis table for you to enjoy. The separate apartment is accessed from this level. A few more steps up leads you to the magnificent infinity pool which seems to just flow into the sea below, the jacuzzi spa is also in this area. There is plenty of space to soak up the sun around the pool area and loungers are provided. From the pool terrace you can access the long covered terrace that is located off the lounge. Here a large table and 6 chairs are provided together with a sofa. A large covered and shady terrace area leads from the kitchen which has table and chairs and additional tiled seating areas to the sides. From here a gate leads to the terraced rear garden. An outside kitchen/BBQ area also compliments this zone where you will also find a further shower room and utility area with washing machine and dryer. There is a large roof terrace leading from the second bedroom in the main house and the landing also gives access to the rear garden. The terrace leading from the main bedroom is wonderful and long and is also furnished.
There is a garage for secure car parking and additional parking is available outside of the villa.
There are plenty of beaches to choose from, the nearest is approximately 1km from the villa. A naturist beach is also available close to the villa.

Description of local area and activities: The nearest Airport is Alicante and just a short coastal drive using the AP7 motorway will bring you to the property. The Costa Blanca is renowned for its year round sunshine and low rainfall, fresh fish, hand picked oranges, figs, dates and vegetables. In the early spring the whole area is covered with the white or pink blossom from the Almond trees and the site and smell is incredible. Many fiestas held throughout the year can be enjoyed by all ages, these colourful spectacles can be found in most towns and include the Moors and Christians festivals with week long processions, battles and incredible firework displays. In June the celebration of Hogeras where huge statues are set on fire to celebrate the night of St Juan should not be missed and the province of Alicante is known for staging the best Hogeras festival. The cosmopolitan City of Alicante is just 45 minutes by car or can be reached via a coastal train ride and has a fantastic port area and the spectacularly tiled Esplanada, favoured in the afternoons by the locals who sit and watch the people pass by. The Santa Barbera castle is wonderfuly lit at night and is host to the many concerts and firework displays to mark celebtations throughout the year. A fabulous marina with yachts and visiting cruise ships and typically spanish tapas bars serving excellent local food. The resort of Albir just 10 minutes by car east of this property has a lovely beach and the beach town of Altea has a picturesque old town with white washed houses and a beautiful old church nestled amongst antique, craft and art shops. Just 10 minutes south is the lively resort of Benidorm with its wonerful beaches called Poniente and Levante, in Benidorm you will find something to do for all ages, all through the year. Nearby,is the town of Villajoyosa with its bright painted houses, painted this way it is said so that the fisherman can see there home when out at sea.Alfaz del Pi is a lively town with lots of restaurants, shops, café bars and supermarkets. Every Friday there is a local market where you can purchase locally grown fruit and vegetables as well as local crafts. Well placed for the N332 or Ap7 roads means that the other towns and villages are easily reached, there is also a regular bus service linking the towns. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura are very close to this property as is the golf course Real de Faula or Don Cayo. Other golf courses are within easy reach in well under an hour. Inland are other great towns to enjoy as well as the mountains with waterfalls and rock climbing. La Nucia offers many shops and bars, restaurants and banks and is ideally placed to visit all of the other nearby resorts. Many coastal towns have fishing ports where the restaurants sell the fish caught that day. Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can all be done locally.
