Villa Oasis accommodates 6-8 people seeking both summer and winter sun. It has all the necessary requirements and more including 3 wonderful bedrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors which leads onto the terrace with an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equally impressive with space, storage and style ensured. The 2nd bedroom has been furnished with curtains making it perfect for the children to sleep in and giving you time to enjoy the delights of the villa.
There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen for all you Gordon Ramsey’s or alternatively a barbeque could be the perfect way to end the day. Whatever the choice you will not be disappointed with this 5 star villa.
Staying at the property entitles you to reduced green fees at La Torre Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course, Mar Menor Golf Course & Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course. In high season, Polaris World provide free shuttle service between all the resorts. This is wonderful opportunity to complete four courses of the Jack Nicklaus trail, which is becoming one of the best in Europe, and will undoubtedly impress your friends.
A ‘Guide to the Area’ is left at the property providing you with information on the resort, golf, places of interests, shopping facilities and local restaurants.
Travel time is minimal with the ability to be sitting by the pool enjoying the sunshine in less than 30 minutes. An ideal way to start your holiday. Our representative will meet you at the resort or we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport at a reasonable cost.
Description outside property: Outside we have a medium sized swimming pool perfect for jumping into after a hard day's shopping, golf or simply lying in the sun. There is a covered terrace area with a brick built barbeque allowing you to enjoy the beautiful sunset as you eat al fresco upon the table and chairs that have been provided for you. Indeed the outside area is perfect for catching the sun from the morning to the early evening hours.

Description of local area and activities: El Valle is in a superb location nestled in the Carrascoy mountains. It is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style, whitewashed villas and apartments built around an 18-hole golf course with a golf club house and bar, communal swimming pools, tree-lined avenues, children’s play areas and landscaped gardens. The resort also offers 24-hour security and friendly English-speaking staff.
El Valle is also close to the beautiful beaches of Mar Menor which is very popular for its water sports including jet skis, water-skiing, diving as well as miles of beautiful sands. Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. This makes it ideal for lazing on the beach and topping up the tan. For the person who wants adventure the villa is a stone’s throw from the mountains which can accommodate rock climbing, hiking and cycling.
Less than 20 minutes drive away is the beautiful & historic city of Murcia filled with stunning architecture. The old part of the city has many museums, churches, and plazas linked by quaint streets-ideal for exploring the numerous restaurants, tapas bars and shops including the famous ‘El Corte Ingles’ - a must for the avid shopper. There are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops. The historic city of Caragena is only 30 minutes drive away, where you can see many ancient relics and visit the colourful markets.
Aqua Natura, Murcia’s first water park, is also close by. It is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along and the third is the zoo of which it is a part of. Hours of entertainment are guaranteed for both the children and adults. |

20% deposit is required when making the booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £200 is required upon full payment and is refundable depending upon there is no loss or damage incurred.
Changeover day is flexible. A cleaning fee of 90 euros will be charged. Extra Nghts beyond a week i.e. 8, 9, 10 days will be charged on a daily rate of £65 per night in July/August and £50 per night for the other months.
