Description of facilities: Cool Box, folding chairs and umbrella are usually available for picnics or to take to the beach.
A cot package, which includes a cot, pushchair, highchair and baby monitor is available on request for our younger guests. This is free to groups of 6 or less.
Cot sides are also available.
Description inside property: The accommodation, on one level, comprises 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) bathroom, separate cloakroom, lounge diner, well equpped kithcen and a covered patio.
Facilities include: Broadband, Satelite TV, DVD, VCR + CD players. Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Hob and Microwave. Ceiling Fans and heaters in all rooms.
Each bedroom has a wardrobe with drawer space, bedside table/s, ceiling fan, mosquito repellent unit, mosquito netting on windows and an electric heater for the cooler months.
The double bed is 4'6" wide and the single beds are 3' wide.
The bathrooom comprises a bath with over bath shower, toilet and hand basin, there is a heated towel rail and a wall mounted electric heater.
The separate cloakroom has a toilet and hand basin, there is a heated towel rail.
In the lounge area there is a 3 piece suite, ceiling fan, gas inset fire, mosquito repellent unit, mosquito mesh on window, television with Satellite facilities, DVD and VCR players. A good selection of Video tapes, Dvds and books are provided.
Please be aware that TV Satellite channels are provided via a local service that has proven to be "fragile", so we are unable to guarantee that they will be available during your stay at our villa.
The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
The well fitted kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas over and hob, small appliances include an electric toaster, kettle, coffee maker and insect zapper light. Ironing Board and Iron.
Table and chairs are available on both the covered patio and also on the sun bathing terrace.
The covered patio has a ceiling fan and light, great for outdoor entertaining.
Description outside property: Our villa is set in its own terraced grounds on a west facing hillside with paromamic views to the Vall de Laguart hills opposite,
The covered patio opers up to a large sunbathing terrace for all day sunbathing. there are steps from the terrace to an outside shower and the lower garden areas.

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, the balance and a refundable damage / key deposit of £100 is payable 8 weeks before th start of your holiday. |
