Description of local area and activities: The area is famous for its golf courses, beaches, water activities and more. There are fantastic water parks, amusement parks, carnivals and zoos/safari parks all within a 20 minute drive of the villa.
The famous white villages of Mijas and Rhonda are an easy drive. Further away are Seville and Granada where in 2 and half hours you can be on the ski slopes of the Sierra Blanca.
5 minutes drive takes you to the Spanish clay courts for tennis, fully equipped gym and fitness centre, squash courts etc in the Club del Sol all open to visitors. Horse riding stables are nearby.
All water sports and activities can be found at the beaches.
Trips can be taken to Gibraltar and Africa. |

| Notes: Villa Sierra Mar overlooks Cabo Pino Golf course's 16 and 17th holes. It is like living on a golf course but without the disadvantages. It is a 3 minute drive to reach the clubhouse and is open to all without need of membership. There are a further 45 golf courses in the immediate area. |

Plenty of parking, great facilities, most modern and newest ski lifts in Spain. Notes: Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays are charged at the Mid Rate of Euros 1,000.
Normally, bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in full weeks. However, it is possible to accommodate mid-week and part-weeks bookings. Please contact us for details.
If booking is more than 8 weeks before arrival: 20% deposit is required. Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. If booking less than 8 weeks before arrival: full amount, including the damage deposit is needed.
Damage deposit: €300, payable with balance or full payment.
Providing no damage is caused during the letting period, the deposit will be returned within two weeks after the end of the booking period by cheque.
Claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of damage caused other than in the course of normal and fair wear and tear. Please notify us any damage promptly so that it may be quickly rectified.
We expect our property to be left in a reasonable condition so that it may be quickly prepared for our next residents.
If abnormal cleaning is required, this may be chargeable against the deposit.
