From the kitchen and Master bedroom with En-Suite, patio doors open out onto a large pool sun- and pergola terrace, where you can eat ‘al-fresco’. This Villa and the terraces are on one level and no steps have to be used.
This Villa has sun loungers for you to use, either by the pool terrace or the more shaded pergola-terrace area. The location of this Villa offers beautiful views to the sea, the bay of Torre del Mar, mountains and surrounding countryside. The land has many avocado trees, palm trees, orange, lemon, mandarine and other tropical fruit trees.
This Villa is perfect for enjoying the local small white villages, the excellent value of the local restaurants, visits to the historic places of Andalusia, walking in the mountains, or just relaxing by the pool. As the beaches are only 20 minutes away, you may cenjoy a few days on the sandy or rocky beaches at Nerja, Torrox Costa or Torre del Mar. There are also excellent and long promenades, to walk along the costas.
The ideal place to relax, taking in the amazing views of the sea, mountain and the white washed villages.
